Royston Choral Society
Concert, 25th June 2011 | Comberton Village College
|
| A wonderful evening of music and songs given by the East Herts concert band combined with the A10 band, together with the German choir ffortissimo and supported by the Royston Choral Society under their respective conductors Al Nunn, Jurgen Bolle and David Boarder.
The versatile choirs entertained the audience with songs from the shows, traditional English airs and pop songs whilst the concert band played “toe tapping” music. The evening was rounded off with the classic Last Night of the Proms with audience participation. A thoroughly enjoyable evening: looking forward to a return visit, perhaps in 2012? |
